Happy Moo Year from Skarlotte and the crew

A new year has arrived, carrying with it fresh paddocks of possibility and the quiet promise of what’s to come. As the calendar turns, we pause to look back on the lessons of the past year, both the hard ones and the hopeful ones, and set our sights on the season ahead. The farm never truly stops, but January always brings a moment to breathe, plan, and dream a little bigger as we step into the year ahead together.

We’re also delighted to share an update on Skarlotte, who has settled beautifully into life at her new farm. She’s quickly learned that good things come to those who wander over politely, especially when cubes or veggie treats are involved. She’s already winning hearts with her new family, including the kids aged 14, 13, 8, and 6, and has found her place among the rest of the coos as if she’s always belonged there.

Skarlotte was joined in mid November, and so far there’s been no sign of her coming back on heat, which has us quietly hopeful. Fingers crossed she’ll be welcoming a new little addition in early Spring.
